As an american, I don't know what to make of the situation in your country. It seems like a never ending war. My dad, who was of jewish decent, always said if you took the profit out of war there would be no war. I must say I have sympathy for both sides when I see the faces of the innocent and beautiful children. Regardless of who cast the first stone or keeps on throwing them, isn't there a possible peaceful solution to all this? Shalom
There's no accounting for bad taste - or would that be good taste? No one can make war look "cool." Hamas is good at milking the international galleries for victimhood sympathy. Israel gets no such benefit. And regardless of the truth of the situation, the media invariably sides with the underdogs. Guess with whom.

I don't think religious dogma has anything to do with people getting along with each other. I have not met anyone, regardless of their religion, who I couldn't become friends with. I have met those who try to divide us as human beings along tribal lines. They are always the ones calling for violence.
