Shocka: Hezbullah conducting exercises south of the Litani
Kadima leader Tzipora Livni is proud of her role in the adoption of UN Security Council Resolution 1701, which ended the Second Lebanon War two years ago. But the resolution has been totally ineffective. Take this weekend, for example. Hezbullah conducted military exercises south of the Litani River, less than twenty-five miles from Israel's northern border with Lebanon. Let's go to the videotape.When Israelis think about whom to vote for in this election, hopefully they will examine Livni's record of success - or lack thereof. Resolution 1701 has been a predictable disaster.
