Streets blocked in Tel Aviv

Streets were blocked in Tel Aviv today. Three people were arrested. But the police didn't beat any of them up. Of course not. They weren't 'settlers.' This wasn't Amona. They weren't haredim. No violence was planned. No women were molested.

Of course not. The demonstrators blocking the streets of Tel Aviv were students. And since the students of Tel Aviv University are 'our people,' the 'beautiful people,' the 'salt of the earth,' no police officer would lay a finger on them.

Silly me - why would I think otherwise?
