Arab League to break financial embargo against the PA
In response to last night's veto of a UN condemnation of Israel, the Arab League decided this afternoon that it will break the financial embargo against the Hamas-led 'Palestinian Authority.' "We decided not to cooperate with [the blockade]. There will no longer be an international siege," said Bahrain's Foreign Minister Sheik Khalid bin Ahmed Al Khalifa after a meeting in Cairo.I wonder which bank is going to take the risk of doing busines with a terror organization.

The Arabs had a finacial embardo against the PA?
De facto they did - and do. Because the US defines Hamas as a terror organization and US banks (and banks that have branches in the US - nearly all of them) therefore are prohibited from 'doing business with' Hamas. If you follow the link in the post, you will see the dilemna when it was first presented. That's why the 'Palestinians' keep bringing cash into Gaza.
