Follow the $money. In Western govts, $lu$h is not free. And Khmer Rouge Kerry and his Al Shabab/Muslim Bro/Al Qaeda boss have a proven track record of seeing dead humans as a feature, not a bug. Too bad to see people you wouldn't expect participating in these things.
