A Saudi price returns to his car to find a New York City cop writing him a parking ticket. The prima donna fires up his engine and runs over the cop's foot. The cop pulls the door open, pulls the arrogant shmuck out of the car and arrests him. The prince lies in the street for what appears to be quite a while until a paddy wagon comes to take him. The car gets driven away by the prince's blonde girl friend, who is wearing hot pants that would get her stoned in Saudi Arabia.

Only in a free country the son of a prince doesn't get a freebie but gets packed in a paddy like any other schmuck for dissing a cop.
That would have never happened in Italy, where a common whore from Morocco got out of police trouble because the Prime Minister called saying that she was Mubarak's niece...
