Got to get into practice for saying Shma Yisrael with the baby tonight :-) (We have a custom to say the Shma prayer with the baby the night before the Brith, and our grandson's Brith is tomorrow, God willing). Here's Dveikus with HaMalach HaGoel (The Angel who redeemed me).

Overnight music video

Tonight, I was at the Bar Mitzva of a friend's son who sings in the Miami Boys Choir when they are in Israel. In fact, there were several boys there and they did quite a performance for us (which as far as I know is not on YouTube). So I came up with this.

Here's a 1993 video of Mordechai Ben David and the Miami Boys Choir singing HaMalach HaGoel AND Ribono Shel Olam (Master of the Universe). It actually comes from the Chabad Telethon from that year....

Here's Abie Rotenberg and Mordechai Ben David with HaMalach HaGoel (the Angel that redeems), which appears in this week's Torah portion, albeit not quite in this form. The video is from the annual benefit concert for HASC (Hebrew Academy for Special Children) and it's quite moving.
