You just knew that Barack Hussein Obama was going to try to find a way to maintain control of the United States when his term of office ends on January 20, 2017. According to this report, Obama has agreed to endorse Joe Biden for President provided that:
a. Biden agrees to allow Obama to choose his running mate.
b. Biden agrees to serve only one term in office and to hand the reins to that running mate.
c. The running mate will be a black - probably former Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick (having it be Mooch would be a little too obvious).
Biden is mulling over the offer.

If I were Hillary Clinton (whom I also don't like), I'd be screaming FOUL at the top of my lungs.

Israeli Chief Scientist's office signs collaboration agreement with Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Those of you who have been reading for a while know that I get to Boston at least a couple of times a year. Maybe soon I'll have an excuse to get there more often.
The Israeli Chief Scientist's office has signed a cooperation agreement with the Commonwealth (note to JPost - Massachusetts, Kentucky, Virginia and Pennsylvania are all called Commonwealths and not states) of Massachusetts. The agreement is meant to encourage collaboration between Israeli and Massachusetts companies in the fields of hitech, life-sciences and clean-tech.
The Chief Scientist’s Office and three Massachusetts agencies – Massachusetts Technology Collaborative, Massachusetts Life Sciences Center and Massachusetts Clean Energy Center – will finance the joint ventures in equal shares, each in its respective field. The centers will publish calls for papers for ventures that the Chief Scientist’s Office will coordinate in Israel.
The budget for the first call for papers is $2 million, but it may be increased.
In June, Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick, Chief Scientist Avi Hasson and the US Israel Science Technology Foundation (USISTF) launched the Massachusetts Israel Innovation Partnership.
Massachusetts also set up a trade office in Israel, run by Hadas Bar-Or, a former manager of the Israeli Industry Center for R&D.

About 100 companies in the Boston area have been founded by Israelis or are based on Israeli technologies, the USISTF said. In 2009, these companies generated $2.4 billion in revenue and 6,000 jobs. The figures are sometimes cited as examples of Israel’s brain drain, but in this case they are presented as a foundation for collaboration.

Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick is in Israel for a visit.
Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick is visiting Israel to discuss trade, business partnerships and other issues.
Patrick was set to leave Sunday and arrive in Tel Aviv. On Monday, the governor is to meet with Israeli chief scientist Avi Hasson to discuss business partnerships between Massachusetts and Israel and the chief executive officer of El Al Airline.
Patrick is scheduled to meet Thursday with Israeli President Shimon Peres.
There's a reason that Patrick is in Israel. We're a pretty good source of business for Massachusetts.
