Awful: 900,000 people lost their homes, land, wealth and citizenship

It's Nakba Day.

Hmm, very interesting. Jews are told to get over the holocaust, move on, stop complaining about it.
I haven't heard a word to the Arab world to stop belly aching about it, and fix the problem. Typical double standard

@InmemoryofYossi -- On one hand, "getting over" something, moving on, can be a spiritual-level catharsis, a healing by which one (or an entire people) grows into something greater.

On the other hand, belly aching is a mud-bank in which one's life gets mired. Increasing the level of belly aching provides a temporary feeling of catharsis, but soon, one must ratchet up the dosage to get that same effect.

Note that it's the Western Liberal Left, the "if it feels good, do it" crowd which is not only NOT telling the Arabs to get over it, but is being the Greek Chorus.

Guess why. Heh.

Yes, which is why we say, never forget. But as a whole, most survivors went on to build great and meaningful lives. How many stories do we hear of survivors with many grandchildren and great grandchildren now, ka'h. I'm preaching to the choir, I know. We take the desert and make it bloom, whether it's figuratively or literal. They take the garden and turn into the desert while crying it's not their fault.
Just look at Gaza. Can you image way the rest of Israel would look like if Chas v'shalom all the Jews left and relocated somewhere else? Yeah, it would truly go back to pre-1948, a total batten wasteland. They do nothing but destroy. You can also see it in the No Go zones they have created around Europe.
I don't see the Left inviting them to live in their homes or as next door neighbors. As always, they want to "do good" so that they can "feel good" at someone else's expense. Chas v'shalom they should actually inconvenience themselves.
