More details (there is only one gas station that is on Route 443 - it's on the Jerusalem-bound side).An Israeli man was lightly wounded Sunday night in a stabbing attack near the Ofer roadblock north of Jerusalem. Israel Defense Forces soldiers opened fire on the assailant, killing him.I don't think I've used that gas station since before the intifada - and I don't intend to start now.
The attack took place at a gas station on Route 443. The 23-year-old wounded man was transferred by the Magen David Adom medics service for treatment.
