What's wrong with this picture?
Those who are Hebrew speakers should get it immediately, but for those who are not, the notice says "Special Broadcast: Red Army in Sderot." It is supposed to say "Special Broadcast: Color Red [Rocket Warning] in Sderot," but the very special people who run Israel Television couldn't get it right.
