Visual evidence that Hamas uses civilian homes to shoot at the IDF
In this video, Hamas terrorists can be seen shooting from within homes. Once the terrorists are located, they are struck by IDF fire.Let's go to the videotape.
When you use a home like that, it becomes a legitimate military target under the Geneva Convention. Using a home like this is a war crime.
This video should be spread far and wide because it shows why the IDF targeting of certain homes is legitimate. Note that the rest of the building is unscathed. But if civilians had been hurt, the IDF would not be responsible (legally) and Hamas would have celebrated. This video is another example of how Hamas uses the civilian population of Gaza as human shields.
