Does this look like an accident?
Earlier today, a car driven by an Arab ran into a group of people waiting at a bus stop outside Gush Etzion. One 20-year old woman was injured, and was taken to Hadassah hospital.The Arab drove off (as you can see) and was later captured near el-Arub, nearby Arab village. He claimed this was an accident.

Based on that video, the police concluded that the driver acted intentionally and are pressing charges. More here.
