Breaking: PLO and Hamas announce agreement

Previous agreements to form unity governments between the factions have failed to bear fruit.

The two sides were also discussing details of potential presidential elections, parliamentary elections and the reconstruction of the PLO.Anyone know how to watch the State Department briefings before they get posted on the web page (which happens after 11:00 pm here)?
What could go wrong?
