Marco Rubio explains the difference between Reagan and Obama, and outlines a post-Obama foreign policy

Here's Marco Rubio speaking at CPAC on Thursday about the difference between Ronald Reagan and Barack Hussein Obama. In the speech, Rubio outlines a vision of a post-Obama foreign policy, and explains Obama's delusion that he can change the world with the force of his personality.
