'Israeli hasbara is a joke'
Here's British columnist and writer Melanie Phillips, telling Israel Television about Israeli hasbara. This is especially interesting to me because I have met Melanie Phillips at various blogger activities in Israel. Stupid Jews.
This interview is at least three years old, by the way. I thought I remembered it and the YouTube details say that it was uploaded in January 2011.
Not that it isn't valid now or anything. I doubt that Melanie Phillips would say that Israel has changed its approach in spreading the truth to the western world.
I think Israel should hire Israel Matzav as a hasbara platform. Among Carl I. Jerusalem, Shy Guy, and all the regulars, many many angles of Israel support and life are covered. The fancy hasbara is less effective than the regular people approach. So, out in flyover, the best Hasbara are: professionals like Intel people from Israel who (used to, but less now) live and work for several years at a time in the US, the Shlichim, who work in summer programs, at universities, etc.
BTW, Shy Guy, at this moment, the phrase would be less "Stupid Jews" and more "Stupid Progressive New Left Climate Fraudsters, from every corner of the Earth, with their War on the Poor." You might have to block me because where I live, people can't afford to heat/cool their houses, and I am throwing a fit about it. Even a Greenpeace Co-Founder wants the poor to have food, as called for in the Torah:

BTW2, I found out recently that the coal units targeted for shutdown (Navajo Nation sells them the coal), which have kept up with the EPA's previous regs for unaffordable scrubbers, will be destroyed, not placed in standby mode. But the Brightsource $2.2B mostly US Govt $lu$h financed, endangered bird fryer has Commie WAIVERS. Stupid stupid people who are involved in this stuff.
