Ouch!
Last year's payment was NIS 593.68 per month (11 payments because they never know the amounts in time for you to make a payment in January). This year's should be NIS 657.69. Just a couple of years ago, the monthly payment was below NIS 500.
We're not even considered to be in the largest category apartment or the most expensive category of neighborhood.
And as the sign says, while municipal property taxes are like Manhattan, municipal services are like Damascus.
Ouch!
