Jesus, assuming he actually existed and assuming that any of the accounts about him in the NT are true, is documented in the NT as being a self-proclaimed mechalel Shabbat.
It seems some of the the writers in Rome were unaware of the village of Bethlehem in the Galilee. Are you sure, Carl, that jesus was born across the street from Kever Rachel?
I really couldn't care less but there's no reason for you to tow christinity's wishful story line.
Jesus was a Jew and, unless I'm missing something, he never considered himself anything else. In the Bible/New Testament, he was part and parcel of what the Jews were doing; he wanted to reform. The make his point, he went along with, if not manipulated, what happened to himself in context of the Jews' world. It was his supporters who expanded the content later into a "new" religion... no? So, the idea of "deicide" that some Christians feel so put upon about, even to this day, is a takeover of a scene that was for sure not about them, but rather a Jew (Jesus) and the Jews. Well, and the Romans.
Jesus IS a Jew, the disiples were Jews. You cannot be a Christian and be antisemitic (you would be hating a part of God)
As far as I can see, your rebirth as a nation in the land of Abraham, Isaac and Israel is nothing less than a miracle. God has defended you and I pray He continues to.
I am an Orthodox Jew - some would even call me 'ultra-Orthodox.' Born in Boston, I was a corporate and securities attorney in New York City for seven years before making aliya to Israel in 1991 (I don't look it but I really am that old :-). I have been happily married to the same woman for thirty-five years, and we have eight children (bli ayin hara) ranging in age from 13 to 33 years and nine grandchildren. Four of our children are married! Before I started blogging I was a heavy contributor on a number of email lists and ran an email list called the Matzav from 2000-2004. So, no, jesus was NOT a religious Jew.
Why are you posting this nonsense?
Oops. Another problem with the graphic.

You could have posted a much better pic from the bottom of this EOZ post.
