Israeli expert to US airport security: Profile or die

In the aftermath of a shooting attack at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) on Friday, former head of security at El Al Isaac Yeffet said that the United States has to profile more at airports or it will suffer from more violent incidents. That made Yeffet's interviewer at MSNBC quite uncomfortable.

Let's go to the videotape (Hat Tip: Washington Free Beacon).

When was the last shooting incident in an Israeli airport, and when was the last one before Friday in LAX? When was the last hijacking from an Israeli airport and when was the last one in the United States?

By the way, in Israel, you have to go through security before you get within a mile of the terminal. The security guard opens the door of your taxi (or you roll down the window of your car) and they want you to say hello to them. That's enough for them to know whether you should be pulled over.
