Livni wants to give away Jerusalem
Of course. Religious Jew-hating Tzipi Livni wants to give away as much as possible of the city that has the largest concentration of religious Jews. Because of that, she is fighting a Knesset bill that would require the approval of 80 MK's for a change in Jerusalem's status (for the record, the Camp David accords with Egypt were approved by over 90 MK's, so yes, such supermajorities can be reached). The issue came up suddenly when, in an unprecedented manner, a bill proposed by a parliamentarian for the opposition, MK Yaakov Litzman (UTJ), was approved Sunday by the ministerial legislative committee.
Typically only that legislation which has the prime minister's approval passes the legislative committee.
Litzman's bill sought to mandate that negotiations on where to divide Jerusalem and cede a portion of it to the Palestinians could only be held with the approval of 80 of the Knesset's 120 parliamentarians.
Livni who is Israel's chief negotiator with the Palestinians immediately filed an objection to the bill, because such legislation would tie the hands of any negotiating team, including hers, that sough to a final status agreement for a two state solution.
The objection freezes the bill, which would also need the Knesset's approval before it could pass into law.
...
In an article published last week by the American magazine the New Republic, writer Ben Birnbaum speculated that Netanyahu could be prepared to divide Jerusalem, because he has not mentioned the topic of a united Jerusalem since his re-election in January of this year.Livni would be very happy to force thousands of religious Jews in Jerusalem to 'relocate.' Let's hope that someone in the government finds the courage to propose something similar.

On the other hand, whatever anyone imagines they Arabs are demanding, if you gave them half of Jerusalem they wouldn't take it because a) it would require them to acknowledge that Israel exists to the extent they have half of Jerusalem to give, b) it would be a conciliation to the 'Zionists' to so much as agree to discuss the matter with them, c) it is less than total extermination of the Jews therefore unacceptable d) it ends at least some of the 'resistance' and they can never permit that to happen.
No guarantee her Nobel Peace Prize she would give away the whole nation.
