Sanctions that bite?

The picture above was taken at Tehran's Chitgar Lake, an artificial lake in the heart of Tehran, which is used as a recreation area. The picture was posted yesterday (Saturday) and you can see more of them here (Hat Tip: Will).

Looks like those sanctions are really having an effect, doesn't it?
