'Palestinian' convicted of manslaughter in stoning deaths of father and son

A 'Palestinian' terrorist has been convicted of intentional manslaughter by a military court in the September 2011 deaths of 25-year old Asher Palmer and his infant son Yehonatan HY"D (May God Avenge their blood). Waal Al-Arjeh, who was arrested shortly after the incident along with Ali Saadeh, an accomplice whose trial is still ongoing, threw a large stone at the Palmers' car from a passing vehicle near Kiryat Arba, which caused Asher Palmer to veer off the road and crash. Al-Arjeh was also convicted of attempted manslaughter for throwing stones at 25 other Israeli vehicles.
[Arjeh] has yet to be sentenced. Saadeh's trial is still ongoing.

The Council of Jewish Communities of Judea, Samaria and the Gaza Strip said it hoped that the verdict proved that stones do kill people.

It urged the IDF to treat stone throwing as incidents of attempted murder.
I wish I could be satisfied with this, but we all know that Arjeh and Saadeh will just be exchanged in the next terrorists for Gilad trade anyway.
