Marathon bombing suspects sure don't look like 'white Americans' UPDATED
On Tuesday, the Leftist Salon web site published a blog that created a stir. The blog, by David Sirota, hoped that the Boston Marathon bomber is a 'white American.'Boston police have now released photographs of two men being sought in connection with the terror attack, and they sure don't look like white Americans. If anything, they look a lot more like Middle East Muslims (Hat Tip: Memeorandum). I'm shocked. Just shocked....
In the photos being distributed by law-enforcement officials among themselves, one of the men is carrying a blue duffel bag. The other is wearing a black backpack in the first photo, taken at 10:53 a.m., but it is not visible in the second, taken at 12:30 p.m.Those two in the picture (taken from the Post) definitely don't look like white Americans. Hmmm.
“The attached photos are being circulated in an attempt to identify the individuals highlighted therein,” said an e-mail obtained by The Post. “Feel free to pass this around to any of your fellow agents elsewhere.”
Meanwhile, officials have identified two potential suspects who were captured on surveillance videos taken shortly before the deadly blasts, law-enforcement sources told The Post yesterday.
Authorities know the names of the two men, but do not have enough evidence to make an arrest for Monday’s attack, which killed three and wounded 176, the sources said.
UPDATE 11:57 PM
The New York Post is now reporting that the two men in the picture have been cleared.
Investigators have now cleared the two men whose pictures were circulated last night in an email among law enforcement officials, sources told The Post today.
Authorities determined neither had any information or role in Monday’s attacks at the Boston Marathon.
The pictures, which were distributed yesterday evening in an attempt to identify them, show the two men standing with a backpack and duffel bag near the finish line, where a pair of bombs killed three and maimed 176.Hmmm.

Why do I get this creepy feeling that after a few weeks of nothing Eric Holder will announce no new leads and backburner the whole investigation while in 1's and 2's various 'Saudi students' are quietly deported for obscure reasons like the first guy, yesterday. I mean if they couldn't dig up clue one in Bengazi, it's unlikely they'll think too hard on this either.
Not them. Google CNN and get the right suspects. The guy on the left went to the cops and said "hey not me"--and the FBI agrees.
Google CNN if not done already to get the right suspects released by FBI.
