Now the Arab-American Anti-Discrimination Committee 'can't find' a Hagel video

You might recall that I reported a few days ago that J Street claimed to have 'lost' (and subsequently - when a fuss was made about it - 'found') a speech made by US Secretary of Defense nominee Chuck Hagel. Now, the Arab American Anti-Discrimination Committee - a notoriously anti-Israel group - claims that it 'cannot find' a video from a 2008 Hagel speech that it admits exists (Hat Tip: Noah P).
One of those speeches was “before the Arab-American Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC) on June 13, 2008, serving as keynote speaker at the group’s convention that year. The specific session the former two-term Nebraska senator addressed was a fundraising reception for ADC’s political action committee,” according to Fox.
When reached this morning on the phone, the communications director for the ADC confirmed to THE WEEKLY STANDARD that Hagel did speak at the conference that year. “They were very informal, not prepared remarks,” says Raed Jarrar.
More important, Mr. Jarrar said a video of the remarks exists, but that the organization is unable to find it at this time. We are “trying to find it in our archives,” Mr. Jarrar said. He hopes the video can be found at the end of this week.
Gee, I sure hope the Senate isn't going to vote before the week ends, right? I mean, I'm sure there's nothing there that Chuck Roast wouldn't want the Senate to hear, but still....

By the way, has anyone seen the video of then-State Senator Barack Hussein Obama speaking at Rashid Khalidi's going away party?

Heard on the radio that they have frozen the questioning, meaning that any omissions, speeches, financial connections, etc. that Hagel has stonewalled on will NOT be answered. And they will vot right away, says Sen. Carl Levin. What has happened to the Dem Party. Yikes. Think of all the delays, filibusters, etc. that they did during Bush's term, especially on judges, but on the U.N. appointment (Bolton), etc. And now they just ram their way through. Creepy people.
