Who will explain to this child why her family was destroyed?

A Palestinian rocket struck an Israeli home in Kiryat Malachi a short while ago, killing 3 Israelis and wounding 2 others, including the baby covered in blood in the picture below. Take a long, hard look at this photo - this is what Israel is contending with.
