I was about to label this an 'only in Israel' phenomenon until I remembered American soldiers on the roof of their barracks in Dharan, Saudi Arabia during Gulf War I.
In any event, the best show in town these days is on a hill overlooking Tel Aviv, where Iron Dome is in action.
