Have Hamas and Islamic Jihad made a unity agreement?

Have Hamas and Islamic Jihad reached a unity agreement?
In January, Hamas’ Ismail Haniyeh called for “full integration” between Hamas and Islamic Jihad. Shortly thereafter, Islamic Jihad’s Khader Habib also called for full integration between the two factions.
Then, in early March, the Secretary-General of Islamic Jihad, Ramdan Shallah, said that unity talks with Hamas were “new,” but that he hoped the results would be “positive and favorable.” A couple weeks later, Islamic Jihad’s Muhammad al-Hindi said that merger talks with Hamas were "ongoing and positive." According to al-Hindi one of the main purposes of the merger would be “to strengthen the Palestinian resistance.”
Reports of cooperation and unity agreements between the two groups then went unreported for months.
However, in October, Islamic Jihad held a major rally in Gaza, which was attended by senior Hamas official Mahmoud al-Zahar, who was reportedly said that "Cooperation between the Islamic Jihad and Hamas is an Islamic necessity for strengthening the resistance.”A few days after this rally, Hamas and Islamic Jihad announced that they had carried out numerous joint rocket attacks against Israel.
  Hmmm.
