I am an Orthodox Jew - some would even call me 'ultra-Orthodox.' Born in Boston, I was a corporate and securities attorney in New York City for seven years before making aliya to Israel in 1991 (I don't look it but I really am that old :-). What if this were my son's room? I would be enraged and want to kill the b******s who fired that rocket.
Amazingly, a large segment of what passes for the civilized Western world really expects Israel to sit still for this, to not send the Israeli Army into Gaza to deal with this scum. Israel's extreme forbearance is not appreciated or respected.
I got this photo link from the IDF twitterfeed Friday and freaked out my Facebook friends by posting it. They had no idea because, of course, the traditional media, the Israeli spokespeople, the Liebermans and Dershowitzes of the world NEVER mention it. It actually is a reason I haven't tried to introduce my kids to these stand with Israel programs, because all of them have Leftists, causing enormous damage to human life, liberty and pursuit of happiness opportunities, as their main trainers/speakers. If they will diversify their sources, I would get more involved with their organized programs. Here's this year's list of rockets, although it is Wikipedia, so you'd have to compare it to an IDF list to see whether the Wiki list is pruned for minimization:
