Who will pay the legal bills? Obama's ally Mohamed Morsy instructs his embassy to sue to keep Mohamed film from being released

Israel Radio reports (9:00 pm) that Egyptian President Mohammed Morsy has instructed his embassy in Washington to file a lawsuit to prevent the film Innocence of Muslims, which aroused the ire of the 'protesters' in Cairo and Benghazi on Tuesday night, from being released.

I wonder who he thinks is going to pay his legal bills.... Maybe Obama will....

On which grounds will the suit be brought? Those of the as yet unwritten Egyptian constitution?

I've seen the trailer of this movie and it's a cinematic disaster, quite apart from the Muslim objections. Morsi's decision "to sue" is the greatest gift possible for the maker of the movie. If the Muslims had not made such an issue of this, the film would have died rapidly without most people ever realizing it had ever been alive.

Victoria Nuland, the U.S. State Department's Spokesperson, speaking in response to this latest attack, said that "none of this suggests that there are hostile feelings for the U.S. in Egypt."

Considering that nobody knew about the film until Morsi's Muslim Brotherhood, Salafist, and Al Qaeda associates publicized the thing, this is, beyond the attempt to cram sharia strictures against defaming the Prophet down the throats of the United States, sheer chutzpah. But hey, sure, a one billion dollar loan forgiveness, why not?
