Obama's AIPAC speech, Netanyahu's reaction
The transcript of President Obama's remarks to AIPAC may be found here (Hat Tip: Memeorandum).Let's go to the videotape.
My initial reaction is that he took a lot of credit for a lot of things he didn't do - most notably when it comes to sanctions. Obama opposed many of the sanctions for which he now takes credit.
But the Prime Minister was a 'good boy' and praised Obama's speech.
“I appreciated the fact that he said Israel must be able to defend itself, by itself, against any threat,” Netanyahu said to reporters before meeting Canadian Jewish leaders.Let's go to the videotape.
“I appreciated the fact that President Obama reiterated his position that Iran must not be allowed to develop nuclear weapons, and that all options are on the table," Netanyahu said. “I also appreciated the fact that he made clear that when it comes to a nuclear armed Iran, containment is simply not an option.”
Monday will be a very interesting day. I don't believe Obama will commit to military action and I don't believe Netanyahu will commit to stand down.

And what will be their discussion regarding obligations, hesitations, and political hamstringing created with the stimulus, bailouts, and other assorted slushfund $billions? That will be the real chore for your fabulous PM. Even if the projects end, get out from under that. These people are not good for Israel or the diaspora Jews.
