Report: Silverstein persona non grata in Israel?
A report indicates that a warrant has been issued for the arrest of Richard Silverstein should he set foot in Israel (link in Hebrew) (Hat Tip: Jameel). According to the report, Silverstein is wanted for aiding the enemy and the warrant may have been issued as far back as a year ago. The warrant is apparently a result of Silverstein's connections with convicted American translator Shamai Leibowitz.This story is plausible, but I don't know why Silverstein would ever want to come here in the first place. He would be subjected to intense hostility if anyone on the Right found out he was here.
