British ambassador says Iran sanctions coordinated with several countries, including Israel
Israel Radio's 3:00 pm newscast quotes British ambassador to Israel Matthew Gould as saying in an interview with Eran Sikurel - Israel Radio's foreign news editor - that Britain's sanctions against Iran, which were imposed on Monday, were undertaken in coordination with many countries, including Israel, and that they believe that they will have a real effect on Iran.Unlike the United States, Britain (Britain!) has forbidden its banks from doing business with the Central Bank of Iran.

If they had done this in '07, instead of stalling out with that fraud of an IAEA report saying there was no nuclear weapons program in Iran, then maybe. But right now it just looks absurd. The Russians are helping the Iranians and Syrians, the Chinese are... it would need basically a naval blockade and some way to coordinate with the regular people, if they will, who don't want to nuke Israel or the Euros. Given that the vids getting out are of people yelling for Death to Israel, the others would have to make noise against, which is probably not safe for them to do. Well, it is a conundrum, but people outside Iran should not be forced to give up life because the people inside Iran have sat still with the mullahs & marxists since the '70s.
