A miracle in Ashdod
On Friday, there was a miracle in Ashdod. A synagogue located in a caravan (a mobile home without the furniture) suffered a direct hit from a rocket during prayers. Most of those present had already fled but three people remained inside who were still in the middle of their prayers (the silent devotion - Amidah). No one was hurt.Let's go to the videotape (Hat Tip: NR - daughter #2, child #4)
For those who read Hebrew, the full story is in Hebrew here.

Israel shouldn't rely on miracles.
Unfortunately, unless Hamas scores a hit on Barak's office in the HaKirya in Tel Aviv, the prospects of a future Cast Lead II ground operation range from slim to none.
What could go wrong indeed
