How to push back against anti-'settlement' BDS
If you, like me, have had it with all the BDS'ers and want to support business ventures in Judea and Samaria, here's how you can do it.There is a site called Dapei Katom (the "Orange Pages") -www.dkatom.co.il -devoted to bringing business to the residents of Yehuda and Shomron [Judea and Samaria. CiJ]. It is a listings of hundreds of businesses of those who live in these areas and provide services of all types to all over the country. They also list the businesses of the former Gush Katif Gaza residents [who were expelled from their homes in Gaza. CiJ] regardless of where in Israel they now live.I urge you to support them.
It's an effort to not just push back against the boycott but to allow the Jewish residents of the 'disputed' areas to earn a living. Kind of a basic need. Ideology doesn't feed your kids.
It's currently in Hebrew although their plans consist of English translation and an on-line store so that the products can be marketed globally.
If you want to check it out it's www.dkatom.co.il and their address to be in touch is "gedaliahblum", if you have ideas or suggestions that would help this enterprise.
972-2.994.3662 business line.
There are practical consumer acts we can take to show support for those suffering from the BDS movement.
