I am an Orthodox Jew - some would even call me 'ultra-Orthodox.' Born in Boston, I was a corporate and securities attorney in New York City for seven years before making aliya to Israel in 1991 (I don't look it but I really am that old :-). I have been happily married to the same woman for thirty-five years, and we have eight children (bli ayin hara) ranging in age from 13 to 33 years and nine grandchildren. Well I didn't love it. Crowder's message seems to be that Palestine Sucks because gays have more freedom in Israel. He seems to be lauding Israel for allowing gay culture.
I don't get it.
You call yourself an "Ortodox Jew" whilst promoting gay Israel? What did God say about homosexuality in Leviticus 18:22 and 20:13?

We don't do death sentences today. We haven't in hundreds of years.
In fact, even when we did them, the standards of proof were so high that the Talmud says that any court that carries out a death sentence more than once in 70 years is bloodthirsty. Basically, you would have had to have two witnesses who can testify that they saw a sexual act between two men (not women - while the Talmud condemns Lesbianism, it was not punishable by death).
And I can assure you that at no point in time were women arrested or tortured for leaving their homes without a male relative, even though the Talmud says that all the honor of the King's daughters (i.e. Jewish women) is internal.
And in Israel, they need to ban male drivers more than female drivers.
I think I just shot myself in the pedal foot.

I didn’t recommend bringing in the death penalty for homosexuality.
Leviticus 18:22 and 20:13 forbid homosexuality. At best in a secular society you can keep quiet and neutral. But you’re actively promoting and calling it a good video. There is a difference between tolerating something, and actively promoting it just because the Palestinians won’t allow gay culture to thrive. I’d say the Palestinians are more in tune with what God wants then.

Where did this come from? Women are not arrested and tortured for leaving homes without a male relative. It’s forbidden for a woman to travel without a mahram simply for her own safety. Orthodox Islam (a small minority) adheres to this, but torture and arrest doesn’t come from Islam. Very few Muslim countries restrict women from travelling alone.

There's an awful lot of space between 'promoting gay culture' and hunting them down and stoning them to death as is done in Iran, for example. I do neither. The State of Israel does neither.
No, I am not pleased with the kind of flamboyant behavior that went on - for example - at the gay pride parade in Tel Aviv. I'm a person who believes that sex ought to be confined to the bedroom with none other than the two participants (hopefully one male and one female who are married to each other) present. But I don't go hunting down others who think differently.

i gotta say man your style is great, using humor to spread the good word about your country, and the bad word about all the Jew hating countries as you labeled them. but there is some truth, some lies and a lot of Israeli propaganda in your funny little speech both the latters go together.
the truth: the countries in the region are hypocrite corrupt governments who don't care about their people nor Israel, what they do care about is their bank accounts. they did get their ass handed to them in the 1967 war because they talked a lot and did get ready (well done Israel you stole some more land, good for you).
Lies and propaganda: Islam is not a backward looking religion that treat women and gays alike (like shit) if you educate your sself a little you'll come to the same conclusion. the only religion you know about is yours as opposed to all Muslims who actually know about all the religions before Islam and are required to give them the same respect as their own(Islam) as mentioned a gazillion time in the quoran(cant judge 1.5billion people by what 100 people did, or else the Jews are all backstabbing ingratfulls that killed Jesus or Germain are all Nazis).

(you are saying terrorists are driving buses with bombs on them) Israel is doing the same with bulldozers but its not terrorism because it is a state army? is that really different? yeah the Palestinian have resorted to terrorism but in my opinion its because Is left them no other solution (i don't support terrorism in any kind.) the solution is to give them back their land and they recognize as a country after that im sure the people will get along just fine.

Brockers comment was disgusting. If he is a Muslim I apologise for the last paragraph he wrote. It doesn't speak for the majority of us.
