What to do on the only Sunday of the year

The joke here is that Yom HaAtzmaut, Independence Day, is the only Sunday of the year, because it's the only day that is not a workday, not a Saturday, not a religious Jewish holiday (on which travel is forbidden) and not the eve of the Sabbath or a religious Jewish holiday (both of which start at sundown, crimping the day).
