Turkey continues to work for the destruction of the State of Israel

The Turkish terror group IHH, which is closely connected to Prime Minister Erdogan's AKP party, has announced that it will send another flotilla of 'supplies' for the desperate Gazans in the third week of June (Hat Tip: Joshua I).

The flotilla will depart from various European ports, including Marseilles.

The flotilla is being delayed for a month - rather than depart on or around 'Naqba day,' which is Sunday, because there are elections in Turkey in early June.

What could go wrong?

Of course the IHH can't be bothered to sent a flotilla to Syria to provide relief the besieged citizens of Daraa.

As every one knows, the greatest threat to peace in the world is Israel's mythical and non-existent siege of Gaza.

What could go wrong indeed

Firstly, the IHH along with the AK Party leadership are not indicative of the vast majority of Turks.

Secondly for those who think Turks hate Jews etc - I can say that as a Turk I never once heard anything negative about Jews from my parents when growing up, nor my relatives etc. On the contrary, what I did hear was a deep admiration for the Jews resilience in the face of oppression/persecution over the centuries.

I am a student of history, and as such, it bothers me to no end that so many ignorant people are willing to throw hundreds of years of friendship between these two people overboard based on a few troublemakers.

Hello Ray...i completely understand what you are saying…but unfortunately for us jews people quick to find us as scapegoats for their own agenda or any issue for that matter. Look at the world today even so called our allies demand something from Israel and constant pressure….I ask WHY….??? Why we need to give anything or constantly feel under threat. Low lives across the world have nothing better to do with their miserable lives. I was born and raised in Azerbaijan, Baku now reside in NYC. I must admit that president of my home country not necessarily a very democratic president because he took over his father seat and now he has been in power for 8 years and counting. Heydar Aliyev and current president are very strong supportive of small Jewish communities that left in Azebaijan. But I tell you this in very confident tone of voice if G-d forbid he decides to leave his post as president or worse case scenario where he will be force to step aside, like it happen Hosni Mubarak. Islamist will take over the government they will attack jews and undo any friendly trades with Israel. I will stop here otherwise I will never end with my writings. I hope you understand what I am trying to tell you here..Best Regards
