Ahmadinejad and Erdogan spend a couple of hours together

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan met in Istanbul on Monday (Hat Tip: Joshua I).
Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan met with Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on the sidelines of the Fourth United Nations Conference on the Least Developed Countries (LDC-IV) in İstanbul on Monday.

Ahmadinejad came to a room in his hotel in İstanbul’s Beşiktaş district five minutes before Erdoğan arrived and greeted journalists by making a peace sign and clinching his fist while saying “Assalamu alaikum,” the Anatolia news agency reported.

The meeting lasted close to two hours and was closed to the press.
They look so happy together. What could go wrong?
