Here's video of a woman in Tripoli who burst into the international media's hotel to tell them that she had been raped over the course of two days by henchmen of Muammar Gadhafi.Let's go to the videotape.

The Western media seem to believe that the rest of the World is just like them. Sadly, that is not the case. Most of the Middle East is a thicket of tribalism and holy war that hasn't changed a whole lot in the last millennium.
Most Israeli Jews realize that given the opportunity, the Arabs would murder us all in a minute. The West either doesn't get that or doesn't care.

The West doesn't care.
The Israeli Left backs the Palestinians precisely because they'd welcome the slaughter of their political rivals.
People don't want to understand the Middle East is not by any stretch of the imagination the American Mid-west.
