Israel Matzav banned in Istanbul?
I received the following email from a reader:Shalom!Heh.
I am trying to access your site from the IST airport in Turkey and get this message:
Bu siteye erişim mahkeme kararıyla engellenmiştir.
In other words, access is blocked.
You must have done something right to p*ss them off.

Turkish readers have noted similar problems accessing Barry Rubin's website.
I guess Turkey's Islamist regime doesn't want Turks to learn about the other side of life in the Middle East.
If they've banned Israel Matzav, well that says more about them than it does about him or for that matter about Israel.
Barry updated his post. Though the AKP is intimidating journalists, this doesn't appear to be part of this effort.

Goes to show what we are dealing with here...
The blocking of pro-Israel websites does not surprise me, but why are Israelis still visiting Turkey? Turkey has said "F*ck you Israel" in more than a hundred ways since Erdoğan took power and is actively involved with our enemies like Iran and Syria. We really should not be supporting them by flying and staying there unless its because a non-Turkish airline stops there (in which case you are still indirectly funding them through airport fees to the airline).
