Special Tribunal for Lebanon submits indictments
On Monday, the Special Tribunal for Lebanon submitted indictments in the murder of Rafik al-Hariri and 22 other people. The indictments, whose content will not be disclosed at present, allegedly include several senior terrorists in Hezbullah, as well as Iranian leader Ayatollah Khameni.Tribunal registrar Herman van Hebel said in a statement Monday prosecutor Daniel Bellemare sent the indictments to Judge Daniel Fransen, who must decide whether to confirm or dismiss them or ask for more evidence.An 'official announcement' regarding the indictments will be made on Tuesday.

It was an Iranian ordered hit and Hezbollah carried out Iran's orders. So much for notion it is a Lebanese patriotic movement. Its going to be interesting to see the fallout once the warrants are made public. Not that it will have much affect on the senior Iranian and Hezbollah leadership's ability to travel around the Middle East but their reputation abroad has taken another blow.
No wonder they tried so hard to squash the international tribunal's work and discredit it. Guilty as sin. And no blaming it on Israel.
