Dhimmi Netanyahu to offer 'West Bank pullout'?

A report indicates that Prime Minister Netanyahu may offer a 'West Bank pullout' in coordination with the United States.
A political source in Jerusalem has said that the US is leading the way for a new route to continuing negotiations with the Palestinians which include examining the option of offering the Palestinians an additional Israeli pullout in Judea and Samaria and transferring defense authority to the Palestinian Authority.

"The steps are being coordinated with Israel", said the senior source, "the goal for both sides is to find a route that will lead to a year of continuous talks which will end with an agreement."
Say it ain't so.

The logic could be to forestall the cluster fark of unilateral UN action recognizing a Palestinian state or the Obamii having to forthrightly reject it--so they come up with this kind of quai-territorial kick of the can down the road. It works for Bibi as a way to kind of get a little bit more out of the West Bank (he's a secularist modernizer post-Likud Likudnik) and yet sort of stay in it because Israel retains bits and pieces of sovereignty or control over areas not handed over, well, for the time being. Good luck with the Palis tho.

And Israel will receive what in exchange for another re-deployment?

Looks like Netanyahu has learned nothing and forgotten everything from the Wye disaster.

Right when we have almost shut the PA down to non-functionality and won a victory over our "settlements"... If this is true and happens, we have arguably the single worst PM Israel has ever had. -- We should be transferring the Arabs out instead.

Oy vey.
