Fatfat: Lebanon turning into Iranian army outpost

Israel Radio reports that Lebanese MP and former Defense Minister Ahmed Fatfat has accused Iran of turning Lebanon into an Iranian army outpost.

Lebanon's Naharnet has a slightly different take:
Mustaqbal MP Ahmed Fatfat to OTV: There is an obsession that Lebanon could turn into an Iranian base on the Mediterranean and this is due to Iran’s dealings with Hizbullah, and not with the Lebanese State.
But in the meantime, Lebanon's entire political leadership - from Prime Minister Saad al-Hariri on down - came out to greet Ahmadinejad on Wednesday.

Ahmadinejad's visit to Bint Jbeil in southern Lebanon is scheduled for about the same time as this post. Bint Jbeil was the site of a major battle in the 2006 Second Lebanon War, and is visible across the border from Israel.
