Assad tells Ahmadinejad not to throw stones at Israel

Israel Radio reports at 2:00 that according to a report in a Kuwaiti newspaper, when Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad visited Syrian President Bashar al-Assad ten days ago, Assad advised his Iranian counterpart not to visit the border area between Lebanon and Israel, and that throwing stones at the Israeli border was 'inappropriate.' Assad also called a visit to the border area 'dangerous.'

Has Assad been reading my blog?

I think Assad afraid Israel might seize Ahmedinejad to stand trial in Israel.

I do hope he disregards Baby Assad's advice.

What is "Occupation" - Exactly... or better yet, one of the high tech non-lethal things that they can't see. Isn't that what s&t has been working toward? I'm no passivist, but using high tech as weapons and the internet as access and "hearts and minds" can change the methods. Stuxnet is just right to show the way. People are amazed and thrilled. We'll see.
