Abu Bluff waiting for Arab League to decide whether 'negotiations' will go forward

'Moderate' 'Palestinian' President Mahmoud Abbas Abu Mazen says that there will be no decision as to whether 'negotiations' with Israel will continue until after an Arab League meeting to be held on October 4. In effect, he is waiting for the Arab League to make the decision for him.
Palestinian leader Mahmud Abbas will consult Arab governments next week before deciding whether to continue talks with Israel following the end of the settlement freeze, his spokesman said Monday.

"Before October 4 there will not be an official Palestinian answer," spokesman Nabil Abu Rudeina told AFP in Paris, where Abbas was due to hold talks with French President Nicolas Sarkozy.

"During that day president Abbas will consult with the Arab governments and will come back to the Palestinian leadership to take the right decision and the right answer, with all what we have from the Americans and the Israelis."
Meanwhile, senior 'Palestinian' negotiator Yasser Abed Rabbo has already decided.
Chief Palestinian Negotiator Yasser Abed Rabbo claimed that a continuation of building in the settlements will lead to a suspension in direct negotiations and the whole political process, Israel Radio reported Monday.

"An end to construction is needed so that the peace process can progress," Abed Rabbo said during a interview with Palestinian Voice Radio.
What could go wrong?

I have yet to hear a reason why Israelis building houses should interfere with the "peace" talks.

If they walk out, Israel should not beg them to stay and resume construction in the revanants full-blast.

If all, they are the ones looking for a Palestinian state and we already know they won't pay the price to get one.

That's why these talks are a complete waste of time.

What could go wrong indeed
