Zouabi exposed as a liar
Some of you may recall 'Israeli Arab' MK Hanin Zoabi (also referred to as Hanan Zouabi), some of whose Knesset privileges (including the right to carry a diplomatic passport and to have the State of Israel pay her legal expenses) were revoked after she was a passenger on the Mavi Marmara at the end of May. Zoabi claimed that she did not know that the IHH terrorists on the Mavi Marmara were armed. She also claimed that she helped the IDF soldiers evacuate wounded passengers from the ship. Surprise: She lied on both counts. Zoabi can be seen in one of the video clips standing side by side with IHH members armed with metal pipes while IDF soldiers attempt to take command of the ship's lower deck. She can later be heard arguing with IDF commanders in an attempt to prevent them from evacuating a seriously injured man. She had previously stated that she helped IDF forces evacuate injured from the ship.Let's go to the videotape.
Despite the footage, Zoabi insisted in an interview with Army Radio on Wednesday that she was unaware that the IHH activists were armed. She claimed that she believed the metal pipes the men possessed were standard ship equipment and not weapons to be used against soldiers.
After the release of the new video footage, MK Orit Zuaretz (Kadima) called on Attorney General Yehuda Weinstein on Wednesday to open an in-depth investigation into MK Zoabi's involvement in the violence perpetrated against IDF naval commandos aboard the Mavi Marmara.
The original IDF Radio piece (link in Hebrew) adds that Zouabi has challenged the IDF to release the full 12 hours of video of what took place on the ship, especially the early hours, instead of splicing videos (she claims) that incriminate her.

And all the accusations that Israel soldiers stood blithely by and let seriously injured activists bleed to death - while it turns out that their fellow activists were more concerned about keeping them out of ISRAELI hospitals than about saving their lives.
Lying swine.
Don't expect Israel's leftist prosecution to indict her. In post-survivalist Israel, treason and sedition from Israel's Arab minority is tolerated from on high. But if you're a Jew with the "wrong" opinion, they will go after you - just as they will if you ever defended yourself from an Arab attacker.
The fact Hanan Zouabi is still free tells that's Israel's self-defense mechanisms are malfunctioning. And nothing is being done to ensure those who hate Israel don't walk off scot-free with no consequences for their behavior.
