Egypt: Hamas behind rocket attacks on Eilat, Aqaba

Egyptian defense officials have told Egyptian media that Hamas was behind rocket attacks on Monday that did not cause damage in Eilat, but killed one and wounded four in Aqaba.
Egyptian news agencies quoted security officials in Cairo who stated that armed groups operating in the Gaza Strip are behind the firing of a Grad missile at Eilat and Aqaba two days ago. Yesterday Egypt denied the rockets came from their territory. One Jordanian was killed in the attack. No Israelis were hurt.
Israel Radio reported that the Hamas members left Gaza through the tunnels into Egypt and then crossed into Sinai in a bid to hide the source of the attacks.

Plausible denialbility. And Hamas is not saying anything about the jihad mission. One can guess why. They are in enough hot water with Egypt already.
