Video: Starving in Gaza

Here's a France 24 report on how they're starving in Gaza after the easing of the 'blockade.' It looks like Gazans aren't too pleased about the blockade. But at least it sounds like Israeli goods sell much better than Egyptian ones.

By the way, how do all these Gazans know English so well?

Let's go to the videotape.

Heh.

Fascinating how the tune changes. Before the blockade was eased, Palestinians were "starving" in Gaza, suffering from malnourishment. Now we hear that there was never any shortage of food, or even of particular sorts of food. And the problem is that Israel isn't allowing their industrial economy to flourish.

Why am I not surprised?

They opened a luxury mall in Gaza. It sure looks they're "starving."

Here the pictures don't lie!
