'Sheer stupidity' to ignore the religious motivation of Muslim terrorists
This quote is from Rabbi Adin Steinsaltz.On the other hand, when we come from the realm of politics to the realm of reality, it is sheer stupidity to ignore the religious ingredient in Muslim terrorism. That is because their understanding of Islam is the real moving power behind their deeds. To ignore it is like trying to deal with a train without noticing the locomotive. The same is true with racist terrorists, or with other people who are motivated consciously by a belief. Not mentioning terror's motivation may be politically correct; not knowing it is really dangerous.Indeed.

Islam is a totalitarian ideology. This must never be forgotten for a second. The fellow travelers who apologize for Islam are endangering our lives and eroding all the freedoms it has taken us centuries to painfully acquire. We ignore the clear and present danger it presents to Israel and to the West to our own peril.
