Iraqi President al-Maliki paying condolence call on Hezbullah

Israel Radio reported this story earlier on Thursday.
Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki arrived in Beirut on Thursday for a one-day official visit, during which he will offer condolences for the passing of Shia cleric Sayyed Mohammad Hussein Fadlallah and meet with PM Saad Hariri, the National News Agency (NNA) reported.

Fadlallah, 74, died at the Bahman hospital in Beirut on Sunday, after being admitted for internal bleeding on Friday.

Thousands of mourners gathered in South Beirut on Tuesday for the cleric’s funeral.

Maliki is accompanied by Iraqi Oil Minister Hussein al-Shahristani and Iraq National Security Minister Marwan al-Wadi, the NNA said.
There are two ways to look at this. One is that the Iraqis don't appreciate what American troops did to liberate their country.

While that is true, I don't believe that's what is at work here. What is at work here is the weakness of the Obama administration and the lack of confidence that all countries in this region feel about the reliability of American support under Obama.

What could go wrong?
